#1 Fajita Platter
A complete Home, Office or Party Meal. We supply all the ingredients and you roll your own Fajitas. Start with 1 pound sliced Fajita Chicken Breast, 1 pound sliced Fajita Flank Steak, add 20 flour or corn tortillas. In addition, we will include sour cream, guacamole, grilled sliced onion, peppers and zucchini, sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro, shredded lettuce and cabbage, shredded cheddar/jack mixed cheese. $48
#2 Tex-Mex Taco Platter
A KID FAVORITE! We supply all the ingredients and you make your own tacos. Start with 20 hard shell corn tortillas or soft flour tortillas, add 2 pounds of Tex-Mex style Ground Beef. Served with sour cream, sliced jalapenos, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar/jack mixed cheese. $35
#3 Taquito Platter
Your choice of 16 Chicken, Beef, or Pork Taquitos (8+8 combo available). This is a great item to order for parties as you can cut taquitos in smaller appetizer sizes and add to your spread. Served with chile con queso, sour cream and guacamole for the dipping or the topping. $40
#4 Southwestern Salad Platter
Salad greens, sugared walnuts, 2 pounds of Sliced Grilled Fajita Chicken, grated cheeses, tomatoes, chives, tortilla strips and our homemade honey-mustard dressing. No rice & beans on this item. Great choice for the office or the family wanting lighter fare. $42

3 Juan’s Chicken Wraps & 3 Santa Fe Steak Wraps cut in half to make 12 pieces. Take to outdoor events or add toothpicks and cut into small bite size wraps for showers and group events and skip all the work. $45
