Pollo Verde $11
Our new special features two of Chef Julian’s creations; the sauce and the tamales! – an a la carte meal in a bowl which is layered with tastes and textures sure to delight! Starting with a layer of our crema style béchamel sauce and roasted corn topped with a homemade chicken tamale, which serves as a base for a fresh grilled chicken breast all smothered under melted jack cheese and a mild Pollo Verde sauce featuring strips of New Mexico style green chiles, stewed tomatoes, tomatillos and a hint of citrus. Sides are available upon request.
Dorado Veracruzana $ 13
The Pescado Especial - A crowd favorite from years past now featuring seared Mahi-Mahi topped with fresh sliced paper thin onion followed by a tomato based sauce prepared with, poblano chile, cinnamon and capers which is garnished with green olives and fresh parsley. We suggest Mexican Red Rice and Garlic Zucchini as the accompaniments to this wonderful classic. This presentation was influenced by Mediterranean ingredients as Veracruz was Spain’s colonial gateway into Mexico.
SW Cobb Salad $ 12
Try this salad featuring Romaine lettuce, blackened and grilled chicken breast, sliced radishes, grape tomatoes, chopped bacon, black olives, diced red onion, fresh avocado and served with our new citrus vinaigrette.
